ok, I was riding by blaster a few weeks ago when the castle nut that goes on the ball joint on the lower a arm came off. So now I need a new castle nut because the one that fell off is stripped out. I have no idea where to find one so any links would be helpful.

If the nut is stripped, chances are the stud is too. May have to replace the arm and always use a new cotter pin when you put a castle nut on.

A good hardware or autoparts should have metric castle nuts. I don't know the size so you might have to take another with you. Or if you have a dealer with one in stock, don't think it would be worth ordering, jmho

I BELIEVE the size is M10 x 1.25 but my local ace hardware doesn't stock metric castle nuts.

I have a spare I would ship to you for the cost of the ride IFFFFFFFF you will confirm that your ball joint's threads are good.

Stock upper a-arms are the same design.... non-replacable.

What you've seen are the aftermarket Ricky stator type threaded rod ball joints. I used them on my a-arm build and they work well but only for the lower ball joint.

The one on the left is for the pre '90s Blasters.
