Hey everyone. Its bagds101 with a new user name. I forgot my password and my email is no longer valid for my bagds101 account and admin wouldnt email me a new password so I just joined again. I picked up another blaster. Its a 99 with a new top end has toomey b1 exhaust, extended swingarm, 35mm mikuni carb and tomorrow it will have a tusk clutch. My question is, why such a large carb with little mods? Does it do anything power wise or should I downgrade?

If funds were in my pocket, I would have already bought one. when I got it it ran good but smoked like crazy. I leakdown tested it and had airleaks. I figured out the moron only had 3 head bolts on so I put another one on, fixed my leak and now it runs like crap so im gonna do a plug chop tomorrow

How about a 260, 270, 280, 290, 300, and 310. And 5 new spark plugs for plug chops. and whatever my stock carb has in it now

IMO...thats stockish cylindered bike is never gonna run right with that big of carb.
a 32 is pushing it also.

That was my cheapo ar15. I have another much nicer ar. Its a colt in .223. Now I need a thumb throttle and to trade my stupid back tires. And yes that teeth bumper is gnarly. I would hate to crash and land head first into it.

had to heli coil my exhaust studs. Took 4 hours to pull my motor, do the heli coils and get it running again.
