try a new plug there cheap, dont know what else to look for but if you hear hissing you should look up the diy way to pressure check things
if you have an air leak it can ruin things internally

sorry I checked it again and it is only 160 psi must have read it wrong but does that still seem high

Thanks guys you have been great help put the bike back together and it started right up must have been something in the carb blocking one of the jetts that i didn't get when i supposedly clean it guess i need to do a better job cleanig it this time
