My atv recently broke the chain splitted and when saw the axle was all the way to the right the axle was not in the middle like is suposed to !! I was checking at home trying to get to the problem but i see on the side that the chain runs there are two bolt nuts but on the other side there are no nut to holde the axle in place preventing that i dosnt move from one side to another !

Is there a part missin what holds that side of the axle in place ? :)

post a picture of your axle people will be able to tell you whats wrong with it, your explanation is a little confusing

the two nuts on the left side(looking from the back) thread to the axle holding it in place, you might have to beat the axle back in and tighten the two big big ass nuts.

in the third picture u see the 2 nuts but in the other side( the riogh side looking from the back) there's no nuts or anithing so i can adjust it

looks to me you are missing a piece of the brake rotor hub. that is what locks the axle in place inside the carrier when you tighten the nuts. I have an 04 and know the pre 03 brake hubs were different but i'm pretty sure something is missing

The axle is sitting too far to the left(looking from the back). The rubber dust boots and clips are supposed to cover the splines. The 88-02 blasters axle is made to float some and nothing else goes on that side.Loosen the axle nuts(large ones on right) and pull the dust boot and rotor back over the splines. Then retighten the inner nut till it spins nice with just a tiny tiny bit of drag. Then tighten the outer night up to it.Then take both nuts and turn the inner counter clockwise and the outer clockwise so they lock into each other. This is why you give it just a tiny bit of drag once it spins freely, cause you will be going backwards with the nut when you tighten them into each other.

i would help a lot if u guys took a picture of the axles of ur blaster mine is 98 but they dont change too much on the way they made that part!!! hope you can help me with the pics!!
