How much extra lighting can you add, keeping the stock light in place?? Would throwing two 55 watt lights on there be a bad idea?? The stock light is 45...so that may be overkill, eh?

oh yea shell fry yer stator or it wont even turn on, if you take off the stock light you can put differnet lights on.
im in the process of adding banshee lights

roughly how much wattage can you pull off the stock stator before things get bad?? Do you know how much you can get after you have it rewound?

i belive the stock stator can handle 55 watts
so anythig around there, banshee lights are 30 watts a peice

yea 55 is all ... u could always mount a battery and mount some extra lights on your blaster that would be cool .. but u would need to charge the battery prolly after every ride lol ..

So are you guys rewinding the stator to go with the banshee lights??

I'm not interested in getting into a battery setup....K.I.S.S. is what makes the blaster so nice. Don't need to go and F that all up!!

How much/where do you have your stator rewound?

i was thinging about buying one of the high output ones but thats 140 bux

Yeah, if you took and found a 25watt light, than you would have an extra 30 do to somthin with, you can throw it around anyway you want, as long as you arent going past 55watts

yeah, i'm running a couple 20 watters on top of my stocker, and they don't really work for sh*t.
they make the stocker real dim too. gonna try unpluggin the stocker and see how i like that.
