asr +3+1 a-arm question

i just got $400 for my b-day and was thinking suspension, i found some asr +3+1 a-arms and was wondering if they would be a good choice with the stock axle? will the handling be affected? will it slide easier? thanks in advance

id go for the shee axel, but you might dig yourself a hole there, if you have trouble gettin it off like i did, you better have 20 more bux for new bearings, and maye a new hub if you screw it uup real bad!!!, if you buy the right spacers yoiu might be ok though, here is the ones i like most.

I would buy the a-arms first.The shee axle is 1/4 if not less than the cost of a-arms.You can get a shee axle for a few more dollars than spacers would cost.If you are patient you will get a good deal on ebay for a shee axle.I have scored a few of them cheap.

^^^ exactly. I always try to buy the most expensive parts first since those take the longest to save up for.

ok i like those wheel spacers......... but would the a-arms be ok with the stock axle?

and banshee front shocks?

The front wheels will probably stick out a little wider then the rear, but they should be fine. With the shee shocks the front end will probably feel a little soft so eventually you'll need to upgrade to some better front shocks.

yeah man, might want to get the long travels and run yfz 450 shocks, just my .2, thats what i would do if i had the munny, just save a little while longer for them.

i almost bought those spacers, but i just run a wheel flip, and soon to get the shee axel finished installing. i'll tell you how my buddy likes them on his z 250 when he gets them. i'm just doin a shee axel and a wheel flip.

Sounds like a good deal to me. Make sure the ball joints are good, and the a-arms are straight with no cracks.
