Hey all. have been racing my blaster now flat track for 3 seasons now and havent had any bother with arm pump. Went to do motocross for the first time the other week. I started to get the hang of it and was riding well. But on the last 2 laps my fingers and specially my thumbs would not grip, resulting in dropping a few places. Does any body have any ideas on preventing this ? It seems to be the vibrating of my bars that starts it. thanks.I:I

The only thing I've found that helps is to ride more. Not longer, just more often. I've gotten arm pump so bad before that I've had to use my palm to run the throttle

there are a couple DIY's on here on how to make some bar clamps with cr250 clamps that looks like it'd work really well. you could also fill the bars with lead shot or something like that to help it to resist vibration
