Yes that would be the case.. but ive dealt with him before on some engine cases and they did come..... problem with this is...

I sent money quite a while ago for a full front brake setup (stock) we agreed on a price.. and then the shipping was a bit more... so i sent him a bit more... he said it would ship and thats the last contact ive had.... no tracking number.... and no replies to pms.... Im just wondring if hes ok, maybe something came up... id sure like my parts, but i thought he was a very active user, so i hope nothing bad has happened...

Hes a supporting member here... and has had more then a couple threads in the for sale section.... if other people had not received their items im sure he would have been removed... im trying to give the benefit of the doubt to the man, since i havent heard anyone say anything bad about him..... just thought since this place is pretty tight knit maybe someone had heard from him..

also... how long has it been since you transferred the loot ???
and you did use paypal didnt you ??????
if so, dont let it go past the 30 day limit for filing a case against him, it may take a little while, but you will get a refund

I bought my silencer from him this summer without any problems, seemed to be a pretty stand up guy.
I checked my paypal account, but all that tells me is his name & a transaction number, & I did'nt keep the box with his addy on it.
Wish I could be more helpfull....
Hope this works out for you, or nothing bad has happened to him,

Way to go awk! If this guy has turned shady I'll gladly pay for the shipping to help a BF brother out. Kinda feel bad about giving this guy positive seller feedback.... We'll see.....
