First of why does yamaha have so many damn wires on a 2stroke? anyway I had trouble dealing with my TORS system so that was removed and the quad started again ran shut of then I had no spark again well I realized how rigged my wiring harness was from the previous owner I was woundering if there was a diagram out there to show the color of the wire and its purpose also I removed the ignition becouse the lock broke now I'm:-/ not sure what color the wires are so I'm not sure if its on or off. can anyone help me out?

No most of the linkes are broke on this place youd probably have to look arround on here and have someone E mail it to you. Try looking up a member by the name of royalty67 He probably has it PM him asking for your year bike manual ask him nicely and he'll probably send it to you.

Out of curiosity, I checked my Clymer's manual. The engine stop and key both open the circuit (black and black/white wires) to allow the Blaster to run. I haven't researched this but it must remove a ground from the CDI to allow/force a spark across the gap of the spark plug. In other words, removing the key switch shouldn't keep the atv from firing.

This was a very brief look so I suggest you wait for other responses.

Its true you dont need a key. Lots of guys delete them.

Keys aren't necessary but are recommended! LOL. If you unplug all of the CDI "shorts" (keyswitch, handlebar switch, and tors brain) the engine will fire and run great but you won't have an easy way to shut the fire off.
