just bought a 98 blaster and the guy told me that he dad got the motor poked out to 240 he seemed pretty honest and the bike ripped but it has no pipe on it at all so it was a lil suspicious but i got a steal on this thing so my question is is there anyway i can tell if it has indeed had the 240 kit by looking at anything on it?
any way to tell if it has the 240 bore kit

they cant bore a stock cylinder out to a 240 you can get it resleved to a 240 but not bored my guess is if it has the stock pipe an carb its probably not a 240 maby a 200 with .40 over
there is 2 ways to have a 240 (or more) Vitos is the most popular and you can tell by extra material around the exhaust port, but a sleeve job will be seen by removing the head and measure it and hope its 72mm, yes there are tools that can go thru the plug hole and measure bores but I doubt anyone on here has one.
