Any Geniuses?

is it leaking from the exhaust port? or the carb? and if you turn your fuel petcock off, and its working fine, how is gas going to get from your tank to your carb, or engine for that matter?

most people don't run those crush gaskets ( or reuse them, which you shouldn't do either) because they don't know any better.
crush gaskets are one-time use. get a fresh one every time you pull the pipe flange off the jug.
i'd go ahead and put one in there (they're only a couple bucks from the stealership or check at bikebandit.com under oem). that should fix you up.
are you sure it doesn't leak from there once the bike is running?

it mainly leaks from the vent valve, my dad flipped it up so it couldnt leak down, idk why lol, but thats when it filled up my engine but idk where all the gas came from cuz it was definitly more than a floatbowl full, and im 90% sure it doesnt leak once its running cuz ive had it idling in my driveway for a few min and didnt see anything

what vent valve are you talkin about? from the carb?
if it's leaking from the carb it's the float valve. you can prob just clean it out real good, but they're not too expensive to replace either.
have you tried torquing down the pipe and jug yet?

no i have not tried torquing them down yet good idea tho ill try that tomaro, and it leaking from the float vent valve

so what do i do about that if it is stuck? and if it needs adjusted what am i lookin at to do that?

You need to take it apart to clean, thou it could be worn out but float adjustment can compensate it. just be careful these part are sensitive to adjustment.
