anyone got any ideas?? maybe a clogged fuel line?? I think I"m gonna drain and check the tank....I drove all around and got a new pilot jet this afternoon....

Im stuck running a 420 on my blaster to get the most out of it, even though its still stock bore but very ported, with reeds and pipes and another filter. Try getting your hands on a 300, and a 330. compare them both at wide open throttle.. thats the only time the main jet is fully open and its size can be judged. Be in 3rd gear, low rpms, and roll on full throttle, does it breath hard and start accelerating less as you approach full throttle? if yes, its too small.. If you get more exhaust noise than breathing noise, then maybe its too big. also, run around with your thumb to the metal... literally, whatever the rpms, high or low, and then check the plug.. color: black - ok, maybe rich, browner lighter color - too lean for an air cooled two stroke..
