Another blaster, I picked up

If you have a long rear brake cable it was meant to go with front cable breaks. Its was extended to be used as a parking break. It would there for lock both the front and rear wheels by pulling the front brake lever and locking in the rear by pressing in a button. If your going to run the cable rear caliper with front hydros you will need to get a shorter rear cable that ends at the foot lever.
 
i have those same tires up front they are really awesome, they stay nice and planted in the corners but they do throw a pretty good amount of dirt when your in the loose stuff
