"i premixed 32 1 using amsoil. i put a 11 onz to 2.5 gallons i put a onz more cause it was on break in. which made it right around 32 1"

One does not need to add extra oil for break in, it messes with the air/fuel ratio and causes the motor to run lean on fuel.

The mix you used was approx 29:1, adequate oil but the fuel ratio would have been out by about half a jet size, and on a cold morning may have put you way on the wrong side of lean.

A lean mixture will cook a piston every time.

:o didnt know that:/ i dont think it was around a onz but was a little more then 10 onz of oil..

You are using a forged piston, were you aware that they require an adequate warm up before riding, especially on a fresh build.
