hey guy's i have a ? for ya.......... alright on my pipe where it meets the engine it is not a very good fit... it is about 1 centimeter from the mount being all the way on the pipe.. could any of you guys with shearer's send me pics forwhere it mees the engine?? again about 1 more cm it is al the way on....

All joking aside though, did you see if you were caught on anything? See if you can get someone to help you a little bit. Have someone pull, push, bend the expansion chamber (not literally) while someone else pushes the pipe into the jug.

yea, some pipes are hard fit, not everything is a perfect fit. Did you already tighten down the bolts?? if not it may correct when you tighten it down. and where are the pics mannn!!!!
rubber mallet and a lil wd-40 goes a long way. cuz i had a problem with my pipe. the o- ring wouldnt let it go in any further. i ended up putting a lil liquid gasket maker and muscling it in there.
