i was racing sunday and i was fighting all day to keep my lead and the 1st few laps u build up a big lead but on the last 2 of 3 laps my arms are dead and i'd b crying out for the last lap bored . i have laeger +2 arms and elka stage 3 shocks and it was toe'd about 3 or 4" and it tour the arms off me in practice on we tracked allmost straight (just 10mm in) and it was an improvement but its still a killer after a few laps and i cant soften it any more because its on the verge on bottoming out

it doesn't have a steering damper but i probable get 1 my races are 10 mins long and i can just about stick it im still very sore today (im not the fitest but im working on dat) but i feel theres alot more to come out of me and the quad

Thanks

dont think the cmaber would make a huge difference uness you were way off. as other said training and fitness is what will prevent bad armpump, or keep it to a minimum. i have a good friend that used to race MX. he would always have one of the little hand spring deals that you compress with him. that or the balls you squeeze..he was always using them..had one in each vehicle he drove.. anytime he could he would be using those to strengthen his grip and forearms.
