This little gem will be delivered Sat. I'm getting it for my buddy I work with. Trading some rims/tires I paid 300 bucks for. Bike is completly stock except tires.

It has been sitting for a long time. He cleaned the carb a couple years ago and it ran good. Then it sat for a couple more years. Here is the list in order

- leak test
- compression test
- clean carb
- put a pipe and uni filter on it
- DIY port
- jet it
- 5" wheel spacers
- front hydro kit
- Nerf bars
- my old bumper
- banshee front shocks
- 400ex rear shock

That will be about it. He rode the blue bike we built and loved it. He doesn't need/want much more than that.

You got alot of work to do lol. That one looks just like mine before I tore it down. When u get done with all ur rebuilds I'll send you mine lol, between weather work and kids I haven't got much of anything done.

Well once I can get back in the garage it won't be that bad. Many hands make light work I:I

I'm happy to get them out of the garage. Time to get going on the rebuilds. The overtime at work has came to an end.

My overtime is just starting to pick back up. I was happy to get some stuff out of my garage also, and ended up with the PW50. Sounds like we have the same problem!

It got delivered to my shop today.

It needs some TLC, to be expected for a 300 dollar blaster. Bike wouldn't start so I started digging into it. Found a broken reed petal. The good news is it has good compression and the piston looks fairly new. I haven't leak tested it yet of course. I will do that after the boysen pro reeds to in. We found out it has a Paul turner pipe that has been painted black. They never jetted for it though :o Carb had stock jets in it. Probably why the piston was just replaced. Thank god the reed petal broke! So I ordered a uni air filter, reeds, tors removal kit, gaskets, and a couple other small things. The plastics look like a good candidate for paint. Shouldn't take much to get it going.

Nice shop! Lots of working room there. I'm going to go check out that video you posted right now.

Nice score On the blaster! You always do a nice job with them:)
