Deffinately a chinese made 50cc to 100cc kids quads.If it is a Kazuma it is one of the better of the brands(really none are good).I have seen a few of these and the sunl is probably the worst.

Looks almost identical to my boys TaoTao ATA110. Not sure how well it will hold up with an adult riding it tho.
