88' blaster e-brake wire color

hi there, i was wondering if anyone could tell me what color the ebrake safety switch wire is? i would trace it but the clutch lever assembly was replaced with a regular lever. i was told that the wire might be the cause of bogging out a 1/4 to wot. it revs good though just not when you give it gas

88 won't have an e-brake safety switch. your problem may be within the TORS.

the tors system is disconnected, airfilter just cleaned, air screw is at the right setting, and i cleaned the jets and carb. the dude who had it before me took out the tors, i think he did it right, it ran well when i was test riding it, then just stopped running and then starting. do any wire from the tors need to be hooked together? i noticed he just cut everything out

no, all tors wires cut, at carb, throttle and the brain under the hood disconnected,
what jet sizes/mods ??, good fresh gas mixed at 32:1 ??, grounds and all electrical connectios good ??? coil/plug wire and boot ???

Now you have. 03+ have an e-brake switch that kills the igniton above idle.
