Thanks man! and yeah you're right about that, I hate cutting corners on projects.
Just dropped the head and cylinder off to Ken Oconnor. Real nice people over there, got to talking and decided I'm probably better off with a +3 crank instead of a +4. Cant wait to wrap this thing upI:I

Thanks.... I ordered the crank and some other misc stuff so hopefully by next weekend or so I can drop the lower end and all the parts off to Ken. I went to NY this weekend and rode my good friends gas gas wild hp 300 and now have a huge itch to ride my bike even though it will never compare to that animal.
Yea they're really nice atv's, The equipment they came with is still more than what most bikes come with today. My friends gas gas would walk my cousins banshee and my cousins friend's 250r back in the early 2000's. IIRC they come with Brembo's, ohilin shocks, hydro clutch...

My next big decision is going to be which pipe and pretty much its boiling down to either the LRD or the Dynoport. For the people who have them could you guys please post pics of them and the fittment around the front plastics and also the flanges.
I just got into a pretty serious accident last week, on my way to work. Got re-ended by a lady in a 96 camry. Her car got totalled, my truck has moderate damage to the rear. To think I was so excited to be able to ride again this coming spring due my prev. back injuries and now thisX(

I'm lovin the build really nice quad. only have one question though. the only thing you have left alone is the swinger and rear shock. with a back problem shouldn't that be your biggest concern?
I have a remote rezzy works shock, I just have to have it rebuilt and polished. As for the swinger, I would love a round house swinger like an SMS but i dont have that much money to spend on that where as im not racing so there is kinda no need.

havent really done much to the blaster besides this morning, I drilled a hole in the front plastic to mount the key switch, made up a bracket for the left side rear plastic.
Thanks! yea I'm shooting for this spring hopefully to have it totally finished. After the intial break in, I want to do Silverlake again or possibly take the voyage to the west coast and do winchester bay
