Can you be more specific? Are you requesting advice for rebuild? or ? Is it burned the engine or what?


I would split the cases, have a deeper look then start the rebuild.. put everything back together, change ruined parts.. etc.

that cylinder looks scored pretty bad....have that bored...i doubt its honeable. i would also check the crank, make sure its good. while your at it, change seals too. another good idea. while you have it all apart, pressure wash that biotch....get it clean again..the cylinder too. once you got the bottom end all back together get the top end in, and ready to rock...

heres a good chance to so a 240 kit and a +3mm stroker...and /or some portwork. you could either port whats there, or port a 240 cylinder...either way....and do the upper case porting (not sure if thats a popular mod with blasters) there are tons of ideas.....

thanks alot rockstar. now i gotta split the case. i have this extra motor and nothing to do with it. well, i just dont know what to do with it. the case is shot. its cracked. so i cant use the case at all really. and the gears may be f*cked up. its basically for parts. i figured the cylinder jug could be bored and sh*t. its just been sitting for over a year.

well find somebody who needs a set of cracked cases...(somebody looking for a mock up engine) keep teh extra cylinder, or just part the whole engine out....or even crazier, make that one really bad ass, and switch it with yours (if its stock) and keep the stocker, hell find a roller and put it in that, i have all kinds of ideas...they are endless. you could even put that engine together and sell it complete...

my bike is decent i think. my mods are in my siggy. i was gonna see if i couldnt build another motor. using stock trans and sh*t, bore the cyl over, with this crank setup, with an aggressive p&P from either flotek or wildcard. besides splitting the case, idk what my first step would be
