450R Rear Shock Not Fitting

How does the lower part of the shock line up with the swingarm being offset that far?

i've always had to use washers down there as spacers too, should just need rearranged now

I had the same problem with a 2012 450r shock. I'm glad you figured it out before I had to type what all needed done!

I actually got frustrated before I figured it out, and bought a 400ex shock. That's a nice shock, and your going to be happy with it over the stock one.

Yeah I was gonna be ticked off if it wouldn't work but I'm glad it fits.

It should line up fine. Maybe just slightly to the left but all should be good..
like 1/8'' maybe ??
