Yeah. Well heres some quick ways to do it. Take the cover off of the brake caliper and be careful with the gasket. Pull the mechanical guts out, also known as the brake piston. Spray it down with brake parts cleaner and put it back together. When it's together turn the white knob like 5 clicks and put the cover back on. See if they work. If not, try adjusting them further. If it goes too far and locks up the back wheels, push down the spring like peices of metal that keep it from loosening and turn it the opposite way. Try lubing the cable. If the adjustment and lube doesn't work, you may need new pads.
