Hey guys I really like the look of the extended swing arm, i was just wondering what all would you have to do if putting on a +3 swinger, other then a longer chain? im guessing longer brake line also...??

yup, longer brake line, and longer chain

just avoid the swingarm shop swingarms unless you like cracking major parts of your quad

ya, you can try it for now and see if you like it, but i would suggest getting a 400ex shock, or a works shock set up for your weight, the +3 and riding style.

ok sounds good i just wanted to see what all was involed in doing this before buying a +3 swing arm and then realizing i had a bunch of other cost to make it work. thankz

/\/\/\ the godfather sure is on a roll lately, bustin balls left and right

I am a Proponent of the Swingarm Shop , I have a Very Durable +4 from them on my Blaster , and I am Buying a +6 for my Banshee Possibly a +8 haven't decided yet , but yes you NEED to find a stiffer rear shock ( 400ex ) for the rear end , and My only other advice is make sure your lower shock mount on the swingarm is the same distance as stock , OR slightly closer to the frame , my +4 on the blasty is further back and that makes for a squatty ride , I do plan on making a relocator for it in the next few weeks and get the tail end a bit higher in the air .

Thank you for that. As for my swing arm, I'm thinking of going with plus 2 on mine.

an extended swingarm is a functional modification not a cosmetic one. One might ask themselves what an extended swingarm does and why?

yes i understand it is better for not popping wheelies all day and better low end traction because of this but i just like the looks of it, makes it look like a bigger bike.
