28mm vs stock carb

I have a 28mm pwk in the garage as well as the stock carb w/tors. I'm trying to figure out if it's worth swapping to the PWK. The engine is going into a ysr50. It'll be at max bore 68mm, i'm going to follow the oconnor porting specs and go from there. Otherside, the engine will be stock.

Boring does little to none for performance...from what ive read pwks are easy to tune an it will run good with the porting

PWK's are great carbs. it should be worth your while swapping

I'm going to also be running a PWK 28 on a ported cylinder, along with Boyesen Pro Series reeds and a Toomey B1 pipe. The PWK is not hard to get dialed in for my engine, and it will provide the perfect ratio that my engine will need. Very good carbs for Mildly/Moderately modified engines. Deffinately worth the upgrade, and you don't have to deal with a TORS anymore.

Yeah Im switching to a a PWK 28mm also. Mainly to get away from the TORS system.
