blowing white smoke and wont rev wont idle fouling plug soaked in gas... when piston is compressing air/fuel mixture it sprays out carb ..stock carb installed still fouling plugs ....vitos 240 kit bored to 73mm, new forged piston, new 3mm vitos crank bearing and seals, brand new coil, stator, spark plug b9es & flywheel, new vitos reeds, 93 octane 32:1 yamaha R oil....i am NOT an expert mechanic but i have split cases several times sealed it with yamabond..im missing something i cant figure out what it is....thanks for the help!! will post video of how it runs soon..

Gas spraying is sign of poorly seating reeds.

Toss that b9es and fit the recommended b8es.

Leak test that sucker!

this is what i wud do if it was mine, put stator back to stock, change oil and put correct amount in, drain gas and get frish mix of 32:1, get jetting in the ballpark. leak test before starting it again!!! and put a filter on the carb, delete the tors, check all wiring, compressionn test!

ok will doo thanks ...brand new belray oil (changed on rebuild)... 650ml as specified in clymer book...need a way to do a leak down test without paying 300.00 dollars on ebay for a motion pro band leak down tester...

Timing is off, I'd guess between 20 and 30 degree's. Had the same issue with my cr125 project I did this winter. I put in brand new stator and plate started it and acted same as yours. Threw a timing light on it and for sure 30 degress retarted. Put my old stator and plate back on it and runs like a top.

Either the stator is bad or you needed to put a spacer plate between the cylinder and case to make up for the 3 mil stroker.

Get a timing light (advanced auto loan's them out) and check your timing.

Good luck.

Also:
Are you sure the piston is installed the correct way? As a piston installed 180 degree's off (intake side to the exhaust side) will also run like yours is.
