240 jetting on a 34mm

where should i start on my jetting? going to put my motor on this weekend and would like to start heat cycles....

mods...keihin 34mm off a trx250r
240BBK
unknown porting
toomey b1
uni filter with airlid on with filter built in
KOR head mod

right now in my carb i have a 165 main, needle in middle position and 45 pilot
