Nope! I live and Canada. It's the same as the states, the raptor 250 came in 08. the blaster was only build 88-06

He's off on the 250cc part but he said it was completely rebuilt and must think because it was rebuilt in 08 that it makes a brand new 08 quad. Mine must be a 2010 Blaster. Lol.
