2002 Blaster bogging out

When I used to be a big beer drinker everything I worked on got fixed (maybe not that night, but eventually it did). Possibly that is the answer?

Well, finally got back to working on the blaster now that jet ski season is coming to an end and finally figured out the problem. The previous owner must have pulled the carb apart at some time and during the reassembly never reinstalled the small washer with the main jet! I never knew it had one because it wasn't there when I disassembled it originally for my first time. After looking at the schematics for it my brother noticed it. We took one from a warrior carb and it ran fine!
