Got the blaster running again yesterday. Had to swap the bottom end. The bottom end I bought was shot. Bad crank seal. The the clutch wouldn't engage. I didn't have the pressure plate adjusted correctly. Got that figured out. Then the kick start spring kept falling out of its place. Swapped that assembly about four times before I finally got it to stay where it was sposed to. Then it wouldn't start. Couldn't figure out why. It had gas (the plug was wet), it had air, it had spark. Couldn't figure out where the problem was. After about a half hour of tinkering, I remember I closed the air mix screw completely... effing duh! Opened that, messed with the idle screw, started right up! The thing runs so good!!! It will start on the first kick... every time!
Also, I turned the front two tires around to give it a little more of a wider stance on the front. Not gonna lie, I like how it looks!
For anyone who reads all the way to here, thank you so much for all the help, input, and suggestions you have given me. I have learned a lot about blasters through this whole experience. But I'm super glad it's done and running again. Now minnesota just needs some good weather so I can get out and play!
