ive noticed on my 02 blaster, that it damn near impossible to find Neutral while it's running. Skips past it so easy. But when it's off, no problem. Anyone seen this?

I agree with Larry. Most likely its because your clutch is on the back end of its life. I've seen this in my dad's blaster. As the clutch wore over the years, neutral was harder to find unless the quad was off. When it got replaced, I found neutral almost every time I didn't want it

I just changed the oil, but I also put a new clutch cable on. Needs adjusted im sure.
