well that pretty much just leaves compression 120lbs is nice but u need over 100lbs

If you have been kicking and kicking and it has a gut full of fuel it will cause it to backfire.
If this is the case remove the spark plug, tow it round the yard in gear, replace with a good plug and try again.

Did you remove the flywheel to check the keyway? I also had this problem and it was cdi but first rule out everything else. Even if you have spark it could still be cdi.

Ok it fires up now it was a bad new plug lol. Still has alot of smoke so i did a leak test and it was leaking between th crank and the collar and from the bearing of the balancer. Any tips to stop this leak?

I removed the balancer gear and found that there is no spot for a seal there. Only a bearing no seal. And how about a leak between crank and collar?

If its leaking from the balancer then you have a leak between the case halves. You'll have to split the cases and reseal them if there's no case damage.

by 'the crank and the collar' do you mean between the crank case and the cylinder?? If you have a leak there, you can try tightening the bolts holding it down a bit, but don't break the bolts off! If that doesn't work you'll have to pull the cylinder and use a new seal.

^^This is 100% correct^^. If you're leaking around the balancer then the case halves will have to come apart for cleaning and re-sealing.

The leak between the crankshaft and the collar is caused by just a bad seal. That one will not require splitting the cases to fix; you just have to remove the drive gear from the crankshaft, pull the collar off, and look for the seal back there. Replace the collar, too, if it shows any signs of grooving or wear.

There is a special tool for splitting cases, but as always it can be managed with simple ingenuity, wooden or plastic wedges and will power.

Thicker oil in the tranny will cause clutch and gear shifting problems.

Ok now everything is fixed but once i get paased third gear it has no power. The needle clip is in the middle and the air screw is screwed in all the way or else it wont idle. Should i move the clip up or down and readjust the air screw? The bike smoke a bit of blue but not much. The white smoke is gone. I have to keep jerking off the throtle to get some power to take off but once its moving its fine untill i hit fourth gear.

What is the history of the bike, what engine mods are there?

With that idle air screw screwed in tight, points to a fuel issue. Give the carby another clean and adjust. Do a leak down test to make sure you have no more air leaks.
