1995blaster 300$ rebuild on new bike

I got a new set of rings and compared them to the old the old were probably half the width. I put the new ones in and it has really good compression now btw i did hone it. I now have fuel and fire and a good filter but ofr the life of me can not get it to start i tried pushin it switching plugs cant get it to even try. What can i do from here?

Well i got it started i guess i was lower on gas then i thought and i had to turn it to reserve but started right up still has a slight know but great compression. I let it warm up took it around the yard and it runs great until you crack it above 1/4 throttle then it will bog and sputter and about die. It also gets hot faster than i think it should just about 3 mins of drive time it was almost to hot to touch my other bike runs wayy cooler it seems like. But i opened it up and it just made a huge backfire and now it wont start. it was late so i just pushed it in the garage but it sill has gas to the carb. What do you think? Could not having a washer under the main jet cause this?

sounds like its still not getting enough gas, I though mine was running weird but it turns out blasters like more then two drops of gas in the tank

I would suggest cleaning the carb thoroughly if you havent already
