Hi everyone great forum,
I just got a 1990 blaster and it was running bad bogging. So i checked the reed valves
and two screws were loose and one missing i think its down in the case.
The kick starter is stuck and i can't get piston to move.
I removed head hoping to see better, but i think its down by the crank.
Any tips on splitting the case easy with out messing with transmission or any other ideas??

You need to remove the jug 1st and retrieve the screw from the lower crankcase cavity. Jug meaning cylinder. Screw can't get into trans. You'll find it in the lower crankcase area. Just hope it hasn't damaged lower crank pin, bearing or worst the case or all o the fore- mentioned
