05 TORS REMOVAL - Will THIS solution work? (pic)

I know there are a ton of TORS removal posts. But I have studied and some are pre 03 and some after 03 and no matter what year there seems to be several solutions!

Will this solution work or am i completly off here:

I do believe that i have read some time this would work! . OR do i have to "weld" at the throttlebox? .. I hope this is enough..

yeah that will work or you could just ground the yellow with black stripe wire off the cdi.

REALLY?!?! Boy am i happy to hear.. Then when my carb is mounted and ready I just plug the plug from the picture in and im ready to go?! :-D

Yes, essentially all you are doing is completing the circuit which grounds out the yellow/black wire from the cdi, It will work.

buy the kit, its so much better to get that big thing off the top of the carb

What kit? I have bought a 34mm PJ to go with the bypass

The kit is for a stock carb. You should be good to go, but...... I think it is the throttle wires you want to jump together. I'd have to look at the wiring diagram to see if jumping the carb wires is equivalent.

Ok I hope my little shorter will work! a lot say it wil, although I have heard something about throttle cable splicers also

underr the hood i disconnect the trotle wires then wire them together

Like I said, to bypass the TORS when I put in a new carb, all I did was unplug the carb, and unplug and jump the throttle switch And actually for that I made a dohickie that looked just like yours.

Why do the tors wired need to be grounded? what would happen if you just unplugged it? Same with the throttle

I´ll guess there is only one way to find out IF my solution works.. IF not.. i must also short the throttleswitch.. but i hope they are interconnected so i can go with what i already made.. I will update when i mount.

Just for the record:

It DID start with the solution i made. I dident touch anything at the throttlebox.

Its not runing entirely correct.. but thats properly some jet / air issue..
