04-06 Headlight assembly, whats needed?

I have an 02 but the headlight setup looks gay. The 04 and up looks much better. What all is needed to make it look like a 04?

Custom bracket (the 88-02 doesn't have the right mounting brackets)

I'm handy and should be able to to fab something up. I will have to keep my eyes peeled on ebay for a deal.
