Trying to get rid of all the wiring i can other then the Head light,and wiring in a kill switch. All i want it to do is run from the stator to the CDI box.

I want to remove::

Parking break
TORS- I have a 34mm carb with twist throtle..that will remove the system but how to i re-route the wires.
Rear light-removed,just wires there.
Oil inj.-already removed,just wires there
Anything i can to make it clean.

Help gets rep points..and with PICS even more.

I got you liquid.Let me get the kids in bed and Iwill go shoot some pics for you.I have a full 03 harness not running a front or rear light but I am running a key and an on/off switch.It's still a virgin harness with no wires cut at all.I'll get some pics shortly for you.

First pic is by the carb/tors.Those ones can be cut.

Second pic is the headlight.I do not have this hooked up but that comes directly from the switch under the hood.

Third pic is the key switch under the hood.

Fourth pic is all under the hood,I am pretty sure they can all be cut,Only reason I am not sure is the headlight hookup,you will know cause yours is still plugged in.Note: there is another plug in the top right of the pic,it is very short.

Fifth pic is in the rear.Cut them off.

Hope this helps.Let me know if you need more info.

exactly.The other ends are under the hood in the pics.Other than how your light hooks up you can cut everything you see in the pics.That is a running quad as you see it.If you need detailed colors I can get those tomorrow for you.

yea man please do..all the pics help ALOT!..lol. Im actually using a 02- stator with it,i know you just ground the extra wire from the 03+ harness to work,so i gotta make sure i dont cut that one. lol. I still keep the CDI box and the little silver box right? (rep points given)

Deffinately keep the cdi and the rectifier(silver box).When I get home tomorrow I will write down the info and post it for you.Thanks bro.
