Ok so i know that this question has beed asked many time before on this forum but what is the right way. Right know i have all the connecters disconnected and the green wire out of the stator grounded and it sems to work but it still dosent seem right. I have heard that you have to splice together the wires that are going to the throttle but does this really work? Thanks

Did you get all the switches? 2003 + Blasters have the throttle switch and carb cap switch like the earlier models, but they've also got a parking brake switch. You have to unplug all three switches AND ground out the green wire coming off the stator plate for it to run properly.

The engine will run and rev when you get the TORS system taken off. As long as it starts and revs past idle when sitting there, you got rid of the TORS system. If it won't start, just 'pops' and dies, or won't rev, you've still got a TORS problem. Hope that helps!
