Just picked up an 03+ headlight and need some
held with the wiring. On the old headlight I had green, yellow, and black matching on the harness and headlight. The new headlight only has two wires, both green. One of the wires has a prong on it that looks to be bolted for the ground so that would leave me with one wire on the headlight and the 3 wires on the harness. Does the one green from the headlight have to be grounded to the black wire in the harness or will grounding it to the frame be alright. We also aren't sure if it's a good or bad bulb but I can't take a look at it until tomorrow. Any help would be appreciated.

Actually, the wiring should be the same. Separate green and yellow wires for high and low beams, and a black wire for the ground. The ground (blk) can go to the harness or to the frame.

If this isn't what yours looks like then send a pic and we'll get it figured out.
