02 blaster just lost spark?

ok so i went out today and got ready to take out the blasty for a quick spin . . it started second kick with the choke i let it run for about 30 seconds and pushed the choke in and reved it for about 30 seconds, i put it in first and it died . . i checked my plug and it has no spark. what happenned?

Probably your cdi unit... there pretty cheap thou. Check that first

well it would most likely be the CDI or the ignition coil

when i kick it the headlight flickers . . . i dont know if that meens anything

i say the ignition coil.when mine just lost spark it was my coil

Yea if you light is flickering that means you r statot is working. I would see if you are getting any power to your ignition coil if you getting power then its your coil.

today i tested the power going into the coil with a test light . . . it had nothing

Idk I also broke a reed this weekend too

i plugged the tors back in and it got spark . . . weird

when you had the tors wire unplugged was it grounded?

it was only unplugged from the top of the carb and the wires were just hanging
