I Have A Buddy Who Has An 87 Trail Boss That's Been Bored Over So Its Close To A 300. And Everybody Is Talking Trash Saying It'll Out Run My Blaster. My Blaster Was Bored Over Before I Got It But I Don't Know How Much. His Is An AutoMatic But Belt Driven With A Torque Converter. My Question To You Guys Is Will A Blaster Eat Up A Trail boss

If you can ride, it should be a breeze. To be honest I'd take on anything on my local trails, it's not all about horsepower, it's about the size of the riders nads and suspension. But horsepower helps. Good thing I've got all 3 ;)

Wifesblaster bought one for his wifey and he put a pipe and clutch spring on it..its fast for his wife but any of our blasters will spank it..money pits piped blaster beat it before it went under k.o.r knife.. now a stock blaster probably not cause my riding mower is faster. .lol..I wouldn't even waste our time racing it on any 3 of our blasters

I'd Like To See What Kind Of Money I Could Be Looking At N Order To Build The Motor And What Parts Are Worth buying

The polaris trail boss came in 2 different models. There was a 250 and a 330, bothe were 2 strokes. I have a 97 250 with an aaen pipe, uni filter, and mild clutch spring. A piped blaster will walk all over the 250. Now the 330 might be a different story. The trail boss I have uses piston ports instead of reed valves (Old design).

Just because a motor is "Bored out" does not mean it is faster than stock. In fact you would notice no difference in power.
