hello guy's, Merry Christmas,. ok I have a 1998 blaster, son's bike, stator went out, NO spark. After installing new one, bike starts, will only idle, can somewhat let off clutch in gear, puut around yard, give it throttle , boggs down , but stays running, idle bog. mix my own fuel...
My 1999 blaster runs good other than a weird noise coming from the engine and first gear being very low. I am very concerned about the noise though. Could someone tell me what it might be? I will make a link to the video of it running.

So i am doing an entire rebuild on my 2000 blaster engine, was looking for some advice/thoughts on the parts i plan on using
Full Top and Bottom kit with crank bearings...

So i have a 2000 blaster that i was splitting the engine to overhaul it and i've had a terrible time trying to get the flywheel off
i have the proper flywheel tool for it, i put it on all the way, went to extract it and it ripped the threads out before...
have a 1989 yamaha blaster thats bored .2 over with a weisco piston, boyeson power reeds, stock expansion chamber, aftermarket pipe dont know the brand sticker was burnt, oil injection, aftermarket airfilter no airboxlid, currently running a 250 mainjet, needle clip is set on third in the middle...
First time making a post. But So my chain popped the day while riding and cracked the case, still rode it with the crack for awhile after I just would add oil before every ride. Eventually I blew the top end.
So I ordered a new top end kit off eBay which came with new gaskets, new cylinder...

I am planning to set up my little '06 Blaster for trail riding. I have an oil block off kit, a non-tors carb with a longer throttle cable, and a reed spacer with Boysen fiber reeds.
I am planning to set up the quad for trail riding so low end power is my target. I have a skidplate already...
I just replaced the bottom end on my blaster and broke off the bolt that goes into the spring and stopper lever on the end of shift assy. Any ideas on how to get it out, I’m beyond frustrated
