Did you get this sorted? Are you sure there's fuel in the carb bowl and it's just not pulling it in to the engine. If not I'd look for a leak in the reed block/intake tract.

Was it properly running and jetted before you tore in to it? Have you done a pressure and vacuum test? It sounds like a leak or ignition issue.

It's ~$100 to get the title transferred in WA depending on the bike value and ~$40 for yearly orv tags. It's expensive and takes some work but is definitely worth it if you want to go fast. Pair it with some suspension upgrades (all I've done is a wider axle and front spacers) and you can push your Blaster faster and harder in to corners with a lot more confidence.

Yes there are a couple of gold brackets that go up about 1.5" from the fender bracket and .5" in. Here is a crappy pic of one (I also have CFM scoops attached)
