I bought a blaster and it was running, but it was bogging at low throttle, so I rebuilt the carburetor put fresh gas in it and New reeds and now it will only start on starting fluid. I also have a nibbi carb. That I put on there and it’s the same thing what is wrong? Why is it not getting fuel? I don’t understand. Newly rebuilt oem carburetor and a nibbi carb, tried both and still won’t even fire unless I use starting fluid.

Did you get this sorted? Are you sure there's fuel in the carb bowl and it's just not pulling it in to the engine. If not I'd look for a leak in the reed block/intake tract.
