  • no cutting, you need to drill the bottom mount to fit the stock pin, then for the top either find some bushings (the top bushing on the shock is too small for the blasty bolt) or what i did was weld the correct size nuts over the original holes and bingo, perfect.
    for rebuild???
    works
    hygear suspension
    GT thunder
    elka
    moto-experts
    many other companys rebuild shocks
theres some how to's in magazines but i would never rebuild good shocks myself. i would send them in. it really dosnt look to hard to do yourself but they could have a bent shaft or somthing that theyll get ruined..if you dont have them rebuilt the could leak, bend shafts, wreck seals, compress the springs till they wont rebound and a lot of other bad stuff
Well i can rebuild it.But I cant revalve it, that is basically privlleged information. But if you suppy the parts i will do it. I mean all of the parts, like the seal head and everything. And the bottoming bumper if you want a new one. And oil too. Just let me know hoe much you can spend. And if you do this you will have to send them too me on November 20th because i am home from college on that week. I will have them back to you by the end of that week. It will only take me a night to do them
