    The widening kit from Diamond J is great. I got the shock conversion kit on as well with my buddies raptor 660 shocks, night and day difference with handling.

    Chain Link Number

    OK, so I'm upgrading to the F7 240 and in turn, re-gearing my blaster (14/41)and getting a +3 extended swingarm. Amy ideas on how long the chain will need to be for this? or should i just go with the longest one possible and remove links till it's right? Thanks

    Gearing question

    If you're not close to revving out in 6th gear now i wouldn't put a taller gear set on. If the motor as it is now doesn't have the power to rev out your current gearing you won't gain any speed (acceleration or top speed) by adding teeth to the front sprocket.

    Diamond J shock conversion

    Sorry, forgot to specify that i have raptor 660 shocks on it. The middle set of plates that i got were off by about 1/8 to 1/4 inch (too long) and were pushing the tops of the A-Arms out. I put the plates from the widening kit back on and its fine now.

    Sorry, wrong Terminology. Toe in Toe out is not an issue, thats fine. Its my Camber/Castor. Top of my tires are out farther than the bottoms.

    I had a similar issue with the bottom A-arm bolts being a little on the short side (it needed 2 or 3 washers on each side between the plate and the A-arm or else the plate looked like it was flexing). I went to the hardware store and just bought bigger bolts. I have a question for anyone...
