is there still doe tags available for your 2a area ?
i have 2c doe tag, but they sold out of bonus tags and i got denied.
no biggie, i'm a buck hunter anyway.
yea forsure!, but its more that when i do have cash my dad expects it to be spent on my phone bill or insurance or other bills lol gotta buy it secretly lol
Yea there different thats for sure, i like em though, my engine is almost done getting ported and all that, my only dilemma now is coming up with money for piston lol it never ends. she'll be out riding by summer though hopefully! so now yours needs a crank and seals?
still at yorks getting ported, going slower than my likings but owell i guess.... its gonna be probally a few months before i will be able to ride though, i have to order a dang wiseco piston still, ill have the cylinder ready but i have to pay other bills before i can buy a piston, i wish i would have just checked for a airleak when i suspected for one so i could ride...btw i like the pic! double blasters!
Thanks for asking, the bottom end is done and getting bolted in today and I sent the topend out for hone and head lapping and a slight port but it was supposed to be there Tuesday and its still not there so I'm kinda scared about that. Gotta buy a piiston to . Other than that good!
hey fred,
i have not rode since my ride at the end of july.
was too busy at work and getting that vw on the road.
plus i have a little maintenence to do to both blastys before i ride again, but it's coming soon.....i need some stress relief !!!!
at least it was off to the rich side, wouldn't have hurt anything, and you'd have at least got to feel what pig rich, fall on it's face felt like.
add an fmf, pro-circut, toomey head pipe and you'll jump into the 290-310 range.
add flow into or out of the engine and it'll require richer jetting.
oil blockoff =+1
uni filter = +2
the other work/parts = 0
grand total = 260 main jet to start.
should be close ? but plug chop to confirm
the biggest jetting jump is from a pipe, the sliencer adds no extra flow.
32.5 pilot for 99% of engines using a stock carb.
that stock carb is good for 30+ HP.
keep it, they are very reliable/tuneable carbs
