If you run no air filter you had better ride at such a high elevation that there is absolutely no dust.
Even though the air seems clean, just take a look in the morning light, those little floating things that catch the Suns light, will destroy an engine in a matter of hours..

That horrible thought of dust destroying things runs through my mind when im tailing some moegoe on his LTR and I cant see as far as my handle bars....
Yes But we RUN filters n keep them clean, i went a step furthur n did the outerwears kit that u cut open ur lid n its a water repeling dust pre filter with the added extra air ad if running no lid, i can run threw a sand storm
