is it true that the yfz 450 suspension shocks, a arm ,swing arm are easy bolt ons to give the blaster a little more length, better shocks and things of this nature
 
no only thing that will bolt on is the front shocks and you need long travel arms for that. a arms can fit if you build some new mounts, swingarm aint gonna work
 
none of them bolt on for the shocks you need long travle a arms the yfz a arms has been done but it takes some moding and the swingarm will not bolt on eather
 
go for the honda shocks in the rear, 400ex/450r's work great, $50/60

Yep. That's what I'm running. Works front, 450R rear. I think I paid $200 for my front works dual rates(7 years ago) and just paid $51 for a 450R rear($25 for Ken O'Connor bushing/bolt). It's the least expensive quality upgrade with the suspension with the least modification. It's not as good as Elka's or other triple rates all around, but it's a HUGE step up from the stock suspension.
