i just bought yfz front shocks and a 400ex rear shock for the back of my blaster. Just wondering if anyone could tell me where the adjustment are located on the shocks. Also what do the adjustments do. and which way to turn the the ajustment for a softer ride or a harder one.

i am around 200lbs and i am planning on doing mxraces on this bike so if there is anyone out there with a good set up for this please let me know so i can try it out. thanks

the adjustment on the top by the rezie will make it softer or harder. they are labled S and H its labled. i think clock wise is harder and counter clock wise is softer. the lower control by the lower shock mount is for the rebound speed. its lables with F and a S. one way is fast and the other slow.

sounds good!! Do you think honda 450 front shocks will work to. If any one has a honda let me know if the shocks look like they would bolt up. I think i my have to make spacers for the top mount because i think the shock is a little smaller than the mount on the frame, but not sure. I can get a set for 200.00 and i think that is a pretty good buy, but wanted make sure i could make them fit.

Any shocks that are bigger than Banshee front shockas arnt going to fit up front with out longer a arms like +3+1's or the diamond J widening kit and shock conversion kit. lt will be like that if you want to install any front shocks onto a blaster that came from a 450 or 400 quad.

yeah i have extented a-arms so i am not worried about the length, i just want to make sure i will be able to get the shocks into the mounts with out to much trouble and for everything to hold up at the motocross races.

do you guys think the 17" honda 450 front shocks will work. I can get them for 200.00, and they are pritty nice looking.

yeah these can canisters and are fully ajustable but i don't know about the 17inches. Thats kinda big i think
